Sprouted Green Gram Dal Dish

Ingredients:

Sprouted green gram 1 Cup
Green Chilli 1
Ginger 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves Few
Lemon 1/2
Oil 1 Tsp
Mustard to crackle Few

Preparation:

Cook sprouted green gram dal in a pressure cooker with water and remove the excess water after it becomes cool. Grind green chilli, coconut, salt and ginger without adding water. In a kadai put oil, crackle the mustard, add boiled sprouted gram, curry leaves. Then add the paste and mix well. Keep it in fire for few minutes then add lemon juice and remove it from fire.
