Ingredients:
Milk 1/2 Ltr
Vermicelli 1/2 Cup
Sugar 1/3 Cup (if you want more sweet add one more Tbl Spn of sugar)
Ghee 2 Tsp
Cardamom Powder 2 Pinches
For Seasoning:
Kismis Few
Cashew 1/2 Tbl Spn
Sliced Badam 1 Tsp
Preparation:
Fry the vermicelli with 1 Tsp of ghee. Fry it till it becomes brown. Boil the milk. Put the fried vermicelli in it and mix well. Keep it in low flame. Cook it for 10 minutes. Test it whether the vermicelli becomes soft. If you take few vermicellies in a spoon it should bend. Then add sugar. After 5 minutes adding cardamom powder remove it from fire. Fry cashew bits, badam slices, kismis with ghee and put on the top of payasam.
