Peanuts Evening Snack (Verkadalai Sundal)


Ingredients:

Raw Peanuts 1 Cup
Green Chilli 2
Grated Fresh Coconut 1 Tbl Spn
Mustard 1/4 Tsp
Oil 1 Tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 Tbl Spn
Lemon 1/2

Preparation :

Soak raw peanuts for 8 hours. Then cook it in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Remove excess water. In a kadai put oil and crackle the mustard. Add slitted green chilli. Then put boiled peanuts, salt and mix well. Then add lemon juice and coriander leave and remove it from fire.
