Rawa Laddu


Ingredients:
  • Bombay Rawa 2 cus(heaped)
  • Sugar 2 cups (level)
  • Grated fresh coconut 1/4 cup
  • Cashewnut pieces 1 Tbl Sp
  • Ghee 2 Tbl Sp
  • Cardamom powder little

Method:

Fry the rawa with little ghee in a kadai till it becomes light golden colour. Maxe the sugar into powder with the help of mixie. Add rawa also with that sugar and run the mixie. Now add grated coconut and run the mixie for a short time. Now pour it in a vessel and add fried cashew and cardamom powder. Heat the ghee and pour it in the vessel and mix it well with the ladle. When it is warm make laddus using your hands.
