Bajra(Kambu) Curd Vada

Ingredients:

Bajra Flour 2 Cups
Rice Flour 1/2 Cup
Curd 3 Cups
Gree Chillies 5
Jeera Powder 2 Tsp
Finely cut big onion pieces 1 Cup
Chopped coriander leaves 1 Cup
Salt As Required

For Seasoning:

Mustard 1/2 Tsp
Red Chillies 2
Asafoetida little

Preparation:

Mix bajra flour, rice flour and salt well with water to masalavada consistency. add green chilli pieces, jeera powder and mix. Maske it into medium size vadas and keep it in idli plate and cook it like idlies. pour curd in a broad vessel. Season it with mustard, red chillies and asafoetida. Put the cooked vadas init. Soak it in curd for a hour. Then remove it from curd vessel and keep it in a plate side by side. Garnish it with finely cut onions and chopped coriander leaves. It will give coolness to body.
