Mysore Bonda


Ingredients:


Rice Flour 1/2 Cup
Maida 1/2 Cup
Sour Curd (one day old)
Salt As Required
Cooking soda 1 Pinch
Chilli Powder 1 and 1/2 Tsp
Oil To Deep Fry
Preparation:

In a bowl put rice flour, maida, salt, chilli power, cooking soda and mix well. Then add curd and make it into a dough like thick dosa dough. Heat the oil and put lemon size bondas with your hand directly in oil. After some time turn the bondas. Then remove it from fire and put it in a strainer. Eat it when it is warm.
