Kesari


Ingridents:

  • Bombay Rawa 1 Cup
  • Sugar 1.5 Cup
  • Water 2 Cup
  • Kesari Colour 1 Pinch
  • Ghee 0.5 Cup
  • Cashew 5
  • Elachi 3
  • Kismiss Few

Method: Keep a kadai in stove add 3/4th of the ghee measured. Fry the rawa with that till it becomes light brown. After add water sugar with that rawa. After it comes to the semi solid consistency add kesari colour power and elachi and take it from fire. Now fry the cashew and kismiss with the remaining ghee. Mix this with the kesari. Serve it hot.
